We work with you to plan the photo day to make sure that it runs smoothly as possible. We will provide you with an email that you can circulate to parents to inform them when Papillon Photography will be coming to the school. We will also provide you with posters to display in your reception area

When parents are given their proofs and they choose to purchase a package from Papillon Photography we ask that they order via the proof cards that they have been given. We want to alleviate any administration your end and keep it as simple as possible for your staff

Parents choose their favourite products to match their pictures on our order form and we will collect orders that are given into the school on the date agreed with you

Parents are also able to place an order via email

We believe that the most important part of our service is by offering parents photos of their children that reflect their personality, which they cannot resist to buy

We pride ourselves on offering fun filled days with both the staff and pupils. We want it to be a memorable day full of smiles and laughter

We have a large pop up studio, which is fully lit, which tends to make children feel quite important and helps to add to the fun factor

We also bring props with us should we feel a child needs some fun prior to taking photos if their nerves are getting the better of them

We do not believe in rushing the children too quickly as we do not want them to feel that they are not important but at the same time we are aware of how many pupils we are required to photograph. We want your parents to be happy with the end product

We are able to give you up to date information on the commission that is accumulating on the orders received, if you choose to earn a percentage of sales

Once our proof cards are ready they are given to you in clear envelopes so that they are easy to distribute

All orders are handed into the school in clear envelopes so that they can be distributed by the class teacher with ease
