Prior to the day

Papillon Photography work along side you to plan the day so that it runs smoothly and with minimal fuss. Should a pupil be off sick we can take a picture on an alternative day so that they do not miss out on both their individual and class photo. We will also require a list of the pupils names for the day of the shoot.

The day of the shoot

We spend approximately 2-3 minutes taking a range of photos per child. We endeavour to make the day as fun filled as possible. We are able to play background music if you feel this would relax the children. With group photographs we are able to offer both traditional and panoramic photos. We have found that the panoramic photos are becoming far more popular as they are more contemporary. We take the class by splitting them into groups and take a range of photos and then in the process stage we bring all the groups together to make one large class panoramic photo.

After the day

We are here to alleviate as much work from your administration staff as possible as we know how busy their days are before having to deal with photograph orders! We provide proof sheets that will be delivered to the school within 2 weeks from that last day of the shoot in a clear envelope so that they can be easily distributed. Parents will then fill out the form hand back to school. Once all orders have been collated within the agreed time period orders will be processed and delivered back to the school/nursery within 10 days.

Commission
